REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, you can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Clothing items must not be worn or damaged.

Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email info@moroccancolors.com to start the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
  3. Warehouse Address: Contact us, and we will provide the address of your closest warehouse.

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any faults, damages, or incorrect items.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items include perishables, custom items, personal care products, dangerous materials, sale goods, and gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order. We will ship the exchanged item back to you for no additional fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take time to post.

Additional Terms

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
  • Claims: Submit claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receipt. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Return Address: The default return address is the Moroccan Colors facility. Automated email notifications are sent for returned shipments. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Wrong Address/Unclaimed Shipments: Costs for reshipment due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sealed goods, like face masks, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
